Cody Gautsche is founder and Co-Owner of Cody’s Automotive a local automotive company that he started out of the back of his old Chrysler in 2009, which has now grown to a 17 bay shop in Franklin, TN. His Refuge recently formalized itself as a local nonprofit extension of Cody’s with Cody stepping into the role of Co-Founder & Co-Chairman of the Board. His heart for his business has always been to not only to provide honest, high quality mechanical care to his customers, but to also demonstrate the love of Christ in and through the shop every single day. Outside of his love for business, Cody is a loving husband to Megan and father to their 5 daughters.

Fil Ramirez is our multi-talented Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of His Refuge’s Board. A constant theme has run throughout Fil’s career has been that of living a Kingdom mindset - serving and helping others in need whether that be on the front lines as a first responder firefighter , or in the way in which he and Cody have chosen to run to their business Cody’s Automotive, helping customers with mechanical repairs in their greatest time of need. Fil is also an amazing husband to Judy and father their four beautiful children.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Jennifer Wallace was first captured by the heart and vision for His Refuge when interviewing for her role as Director of First Impressions with Cody’s Automotive. With many years experience in nonprofit work, partnership and support raising when the need came up for someone to assist with formalizing the operations, communication and partnerships for His Refuge, she jumped at the chance to put foundation to the ideas and visions for this amazing local nonprofit resource.

SECRETARY OF THE BOARD & RESOURCE MANAGER

Robyn Goodside has been the incredible gatekeeper and shop mom of Cody’s Automotive for almost 5yrs! Robyn has prayed and dreamed for many years along with Cody and Fil seeing the ideas of His Refuge become reality, so when looking for a Secretary of the Board & Resource Manager for His Refuge, it was only natural for her to step into these positions. Robyn loves spending time outside of work with her husband of 20+yrs and their 3 lovely daughters - along with her many other spiritual daughters!
